• 1.The most common and simplest chain conveyors application is to convey large pallets called pallet chain conveyors, usually by merging two rows of chains together to increase the conveying capacity. The packaged goods can be placed on the pallet and transported to the designated location.

• 2. Based on the above application of placing pallets, the chain conveyors can be embedded in the power roller conveyor to achieve the purpose of 90-degree turning of the pallet or box  called transfer conveyor. This design saves space and can transport efficiently.

• 3.When it comes to fragile products, Bifa’s engineers will choose padded chain conveyor​ for clients. Pads (such as gaskets made of rubber, plastic and other materials) are added to conventional chains. First, they can act as buffers, reduce the impact force when conveying items, and protect the conveyed items; second, they can increase friction and better drive the items to move smoothly on the conveyor line.

• 4. As conveyor chain with special attachments supplier Bifa provided different workpiece (attachment/jig/fixture tools) can be added to the chain called indexing chain conveyor. When it comes to adding workpiece or fixture tools, we have the following three ways of cooperation.

   a: You provide the tooling drawings,we will manufacture the tooling and install it on the chain conveyor.

   b: You provide the tooling, we make a chain conveyor that fits your tooling, and you install it yourself.

   c: You provide the goods size, and we design/manufacture and install it on the chain conveyor.

To avoid damaging the goods, we add buffer blocks such as POM or rubber to the tooling or use U type attachments chains to reduce the friction between the chain and the pallet.

• 4. Chain conveyor with high-temperature tunnel furnace. This situation usually requires heating/drying of goods during convey. At this time, chain conveyor + steel rod + tunnel furnace can withstand continuous high temperatures <300°C.

• 5. High-speed chain coveyor, usually called free flow conveyor. Compared with the chain conveyor mentioned above, the overall design of the free flow conveyor is slightly different, but the principle is basically the same. It is mainly used to convey small pallets: it can carry more weight and faster speed and can add blocking devices to limit the position of the conveying pallet. It can be matched with automated robotic arms to realize fully automated production and assembly lines.
