3. The perforation design of the load-bearing plate takes into account both the adsorption effect and the load-bearing capacity
In order to achieve the best adsorption effect, the engineer also perforated the load-bearing plate under the perforated belt. Bifa’s unique design is to punch holes on the load-bearing plate that correspond to the belt holes but have a larger aperture, which not only ensures the strength of the load-bearing plate, but also maximizes the vacuum adsorption effect.

4. Anti-deviation design to ensure operational stability
In response to the belt deviation problem, engineers designed grooves on the conveyor load-bearing plate and added guide strips on the back of the belt. The guide strips and grooves work together to effectively reduce the possibility of belt deviation and ensure the stability of the conveying process. 5. Transparent visual design for food-grade working environment
In response to the needs of the food industry, engineers equipped the conveyor with a transparent acrylic flap.
