Magnetic Belt Conveyor

The structure of magnetic conveyor belt is similar to that of flat belt conveyor. The conventional practice is to replace the active roller or the driven roller with a magnetic pulley to handle ferromagnetic materials (such as metal objects), separate or convey them.

Advantages and disadvantages of magnetic conveyors:

Advantages:

Efficient metal object conveying: Suitable for conveying metal objects or objects containing metal substances, preventing objects from sliding or falling.
High degree of automation: Magnetic belt conveyors can realize automatic control without manual intervention, which improves production efficiency.
