1. The slope part uses a whole piece of galvanized bear loading pallet which provides strong support when conveying heavy objects, thereby increasing the service life of cleated incline conveyor, reducing the downtime of the assembly line, and increasing the input-output ratio of the project.
2. The height and spacing of the inclined cleated belt conveyor can be customized according to the goods size. Cleated with a height of more than 100mm are not recommended, which means that the incline conveyor belt is not suitable for goods with a single product radius of more than 100mm. The reason is that when the cleated passes through the driving roller and the driven roller a certain number of times, the probability of the cleated falling off at the connection with the belt is relatively high.
